Gynectrol Review

There are lots of methods to help lose chest fat floating around the internet. Some are PDF guides, others poorly formulated supplements. Most of them flat out don't work and will leave you out of pocket. The truth is only 1 or 2 of them actually help burn chest fat. You’re about to get an in depth review of gynectrol and whether you should buy it or not.

What is Gynectrol?

Gynectrol is a supplement to reduce chest fat or what is more commonly known as “man boobs”. Man boobs can occur for a number of reasons, if you want more info on that read our gynecomastia and pseudogynecomastia guides. They cover it all in depth far more than I can go into here.

Gynectrol is made by Crazy Bulk, a leading manufacturer of muscle building supplements who sell products globally. So that's 1 feather in gynectrol's cap – it's made by a reputable firm. If you take one thing away from this post it's avoid supplements that have no real credibility or are made by firms you have never heard of! You might get drawn in by cheaper pricing or jazzy sales pitches but at best they'll leave you a few pounds or dollars out of pocket and at worst they might have some nasty side effects. Don't take the chance, like my old man always used to say – buy cheap, buy twice.

Gynectrol is a supplement has been specially formulated to speed up the reduction of chest fat by targeting fatty cells around the chest. Made from 100% all natural ingredients the supplement has proved hugely popular with bodybuilders, gym goers and fitness fanatics throughout the world. In recent times it's become the supplement of choice for from men suffering with man boobs.

So does gynectrol work? You're about to get my take on it, but first a little bit about me…

My Credentials

Hi, I'm Dr. James Hopkins and I'm happy to see you here. I've  been actively involved in the gynecomastia industry for over 7 years first as a sufferer and later as an expert on treatments, false diagnosis and testing of various of products. I was brought on board by to share my experiences, help with Q&A's and publish my thoughts. I hope you find them useful.

I know what it takes to make a genuine product and I know a scam when I see one.

I'm not representing any companies – I'm self employed and I've gone on record to shame products that aren't worth a single penny.

Straight Talking

In my review, you won't find any fluff talk or spurious claims. I give it to you straight and get to the point quickly.

Gynectrol Ingredients

Caffeine boost metabolism and increases lipolysis. In other words it helps burn fat. Lipolysis is when the body discharges fatty acids into the blood stream. Caffeine can also give you an energy boost for when you’re working out. You must actually work out alongside using fat burners to see any positive effects!

Chromium is used to help fight fatigue which can result in overeating. Some people are thought to have problems metabolizing chromium which results in tiredness and lethargy. As a result many people start overeating to compensate. Chromium helps maintain a normal and health appetite.

Guggulsterones are used for combatting high blood lipids, liver dysfunction and obesity. The active ingredients are able increase thyroid activity and provide an anti-cholesterolemic effect to help burn chest fat.

Theobromine Cacao

Theobromine is somewhat like caffeine, however unlike caffeine it does not stimulate the CNS (central nervous system) and it’s not addictive. In gynectrol it combined with other compounds to target fatty cells and also decrease appetite.

Green Tea

Green Tea aids digestion helping people to feel full and so reduce the tendency to overeat and snack. It also has antioxidant properties.

A big thumbs up

Individually the ingredients for gynectrol have a proven track record at helping to burn fat, anti-oxidise and help you avoid over eating. Whoever fused them together into one supplement clearly knows what they are doing and from an ingredients standpoint I have to give gynectrol a big thumbs up.

My Supplement Checklist

In 2011 I devised a checklist that I could apply to all supplements. Each answer is as simple yes or no and then the supplement is scored out of 10. Anything above a 7 will usually get a buy rating from me. Here's how gynectrol performs:

Is the manufacturer reputed?

Yes. Gynectrol is made by Crazy Bulks.

Are the ingredients high quality?

Yes, all the ingredients in Gynectrol are 100% natural and sourced from high quality sources.

Is the ingredient mix effective?

Yes. Leading physicians and Doctors have backed Gynectrol as an effective mix of ingredients including Pittsburgh University.

No artificial ingredients

Gynectrol is made from 100% natural ingredients. There are no artificial products in there.

Is the product tested in a certified lab?

Yes, gynectrol is made in an FDA approved laboratory.

Is the product backed by a money-back guarantee?

Is the product endorsed by a Doctor?

No. Currently no Doctor's are officially putting their name to gynectrol.

Is the price competitive?

At $61.99 gynectrol isn't cheap.

Gynectrol Rating = 8 / 10

As per my checklist gynectrol scores 8/10. A solid performer in a market filled with poor products, half baked guides and misinformation. As of 2016 I give it a firm buy rating.

What I like About Gynectrol

I like gynectrol for a number of reasons, firstly its made by a very reputable company in Crazy Bulks. They are well established, a real business and have strict quality control procedures. There’s also a no quibble return policy.

The other big pull factor is the fact gynectrol has credibility – there’s lot of case studies and positive feedback about the product online. I’ve even heard medical professionals talk about it in high regard. That's not the case with some of the alternatives out there.

Finally the packaging is discrete. Always good to know if you're sharing an apartment or collect your post from elsewhere.

What I Don't Like About Gynectrol

It's fairly expensive, at $61.99. Not a deal breaker of course but I would like it to come in at around the $50.00 mark.

I also think Crazy Bulks could do a better job of explaining the product to the end user. It's a well known fact that when taking something like Gynectrol you need to work out and exercise frequently to see results. If you don't you severely limit the chances of Gynectrol having a positive effect.

Will Gynectrol Work For You?

I get asked this question a lot and the honest answer is: I don’t know for certain and I refuse to mislead customers. What I will tell you is this product has been well put together and has worked for a large chunk of customers.

What you need to know though is that everyone is different. Maybe it won’t have any effect at all, maybe it will reduce chest fat by 25% – which to me is pretty damn impressive or maybe it will get rid of all it together.

All I will say is you don’t need a 100% reduction to feel or see the difference.

My recommended course of action is try Gynectrol out and see what happens. But remember if you’re not eating healthy or exercising you’re going to negate the positive effect the supplement has.

Given the fact Gynectrol is a non surgical approach and comparatively it’s much cheaper I’d always say give it a go. Cheers.
